ckk Terms & Conditions

To register and use a ckk account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from ckk.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
• You must not register on behalf of another person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ckk. If duplicate accounts are identified, ckk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and review any balances or winnings attributed to those accounts. Registering with false information or as an underage player will result in immediate closure and possible forfeiture of all funds.

Your ckk account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you were the one who initiated it. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

• Keep your login credentials — username, password, and OTP — confidential at all times.
• Never share your account access with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

ckk uses OTP-based authentication for login and for withdrawal transactions. This is a security measure designed to protect your account and funds. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered mobile number. If your mobile number changes, update it in your account settings promptly.

All financial transactions on ckk — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ckk accepts deposits via local payment channels including GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and Philippine online banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game results cannot be influenced by any external factor.

Winnings from all game categories are credited to your ckk account balance in PHP upon settlement. The settlement timeline varies by category — slot wins are instant, sports bet results are confirmed after the event concludes, and eBingo prizes are credited immediately after the draw.

ckk may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated when the offer is presented. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any offer-specific rules.

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.
• ckk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. This will not affect any bonus currently being wagered in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ckk and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering as an underage player (under 21 years of age).
• Creating or using more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with bets placed on ckk.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated or multi-account strategies.

ckk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the Philippines and internationally in matters involving fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activity. Where evidence of prohibited conduct is identified, ckk will report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

ckk may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes.
• Inactivity for an extended period, subject to prior notification.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned through the appropriate payment channel. ckk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. ckk is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, connection issues, or interruptions beyond ckk's control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any decision you make regarding bets, deposits, or withdrawals on the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits ckk's liability for matters where limitation is not permitted under applicable Philippine law. ckk does not guarantee any particular outcome from gaming activity on the platform. ckk collects and processes personal information in connection with your account registration, identity verification, and use of the platform.
